Sip Your Coffee Slowly.

My mantra this week:

Sip Your Coffee Slowly.

Self Explanatory, simple, and short.

Take your time sipping your coffee this week. Take a moment to breathe and truly experience the coffee.

Feel the tip of your tongue tingle from the warmth. Allow the creamy goodness to envelope your tastebuds in a soothing sensation of bitterness and chocolate notes. Feel the steam curl into your nose or the clink of the ice cubes against the glass.

Don’t just drink your coffee. Experience it. Feel it. Live it.

Be present.

🎙️Pod of the Week - The Prosperous Mind EP 5 With Alessy LeBlanc and Drew Halgrimmson

Drew is a Lifestyle, Fitness, and Self-Development creator based in Vancouver and he just started up his podcast a few weeks ago. So far, I’m loving it. It’s very short and digestible, offering some great conversations with other online creators as they discuss inspiration, online content creation, mental health, and more.

If you’re someone nestled in the creator economy, this is a must listen.

🎼 Song of the Week - The Great Gig in the Sky by Pink Floyd

I love Pink Floyd.

I fucking love Pink Floyd.

I stumble across Pink Floyd every couple of months, binge all their music for the next week, and the cycle repeats 4 months later. Between the masterful lyrics, incredible guitar solos, funky rhythms, and philosophical musings, Pink Floyd is a legendary band. And this might be one of their greatest songs.

Enjoy.

📺 What I’m Watching - Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2

Yes. I watch anime. And I’m proud of it. Because HOLY FUCK THIS NEW SEASON OF JJK IS INCREDIBLE.

Action packed. Great characters. Incredibly fight scenes. Crisp animation.
