last night, i hosted a party.
i’ve always been hesitant to host parties.
i like my house.
i dont want it to get trashed.
and i really hate shitty parties.
nonetheless, i hosted last night.
it was fucking awesome.
there’s 1 reason why i loved it.
one why behind my excitement to host the next one.
the environment.
i created a beautiful environment for people to be themselves. for people to have fun. to laugh and cry and go crazy. and also to love and talk and connect themselves with others. it was quite glorious.
ever since i was a child, i’ve loved people. and i think what i love most is being contributory. helping them be happier. helping them have a smile on their face.
i think that’s what it means to be human. to help. to love. and to seek to make this world a better place.
